My Kohl’s Charge Card Payment Options
Payments Over The Phone: If you would like to make a payment over the phone you can call customer service. You have the option when calling to speak with a live representative or use the automated system. Payments will be processed until midnight. However, payments received after five p.m. central time will require an expedited processing fee. When calling you will need to provide your banking information such as a checking/savings account number and the routing number. You can also make your payment using a debit card. Kohls regrets to inform you that they do not accept credit card payments at the current time. Please note that any payments you make after 5 p.m. will processed the next business day. Paying Online At My Kohl’s: You can register your Kohls card at online at My Kohl’s. With a My Kohl’s account you are able to view your statement and transaction history, make free payments online, manage your account, and even choose to go paperless. If you are a Kohls.com shopping customer you will want to register your card to access your charge account information.
When you register for the first time you will need to provide your banking information that includes your account and routing numbers. Payments made before 7p.m. will be processed the same day and after seven will be processed the next business day. Login and Register to My Kohl’s here.
Mailing Your Payment: Each month before your payment is due you will receive a paper statement in the mail. Your statement should arrive around two weeks before it is due. This will give you sufficient time to review your billing statement and contact customer service with any questions or concerns you may have. Your statement will arrive with a pre-addressed envelope for you to return your payment. You may return your statement with your check or money order payment. Be sure to write your account number in the memo section of your payment method to avoid any delays in processing. Please do not send cash in the mail. Paying At A Kohl’s Register: You can make a check or cash payment at any of the Kohl’s cash registers. As a general rule payments will be processed the same day. You are able to make a payment at the register until the store closes. When you make a payment at the register, you will receive a receipt of payment. Please be sure to keep it for record of payment.
Kohl’s Charge Payments: Currently Kohl’s does not accept payments made with a credit card. You may however, use your debit card to make your payments. You may also use your Kohl’s Cares Card. You can use your Kohl’s Cares Card online or over the phone. Payments over the phone can be done by calling 1-855-564-5748
