Ways to Pay Your Optimum Bill Payment

Managing and keeping your account up-to-date via the Internet is convenient, fast, secure, and free! There are three ways to make an electronic payment.
- Via Optimum.net – sign in to your Optimum online account: optimum.net.
If you have not registered yet, then it’s time create your own Optimum ID and have an account for your convenience.
Once logged on, you can view your most recent billing statement, as well as 12 previous bills.
- Via Direct Payment – this option authorizes your digital service provider to auto-deduct your monthly bill directly from your bank account every due date. This service is also free. Also, you will still regularly receive your paper billing every month.
Through your bank’s Internet payment system – you may also prefer to use your own bank’s online bill pay system.
People with multiple Optimum accounts may find it a bit more challenging to process payments electronically. Therefore, the following options may suit your needs better.
Payment by phone: You may call Optimum and pay with an automated system or transact with a live agent. Customer care lines are available 24/7. Simply follow the prompts to arrange an automated payment by check or credit card, or talk to a live representative (note: a $10 charge will be applied using this pay method). Call using a designated phone number for your optimum.net/support-phone-number.
Pay in person: Visit an Optimum Store and pay by check, cash, money order or a credit card. If not, you can go to any Payment Center near you.
By mail: Finally, you can mail your check or money order (payable to Cablevision) to the address found on your billing stub.
