When you sign up for an online account you will be directed to the GE Capital page. GE Capital manages your HHGregg Credit Card. With an online account you can make payments that will post the very day you make them, See all your account details, schedule future payment, sign up for autopay and enroll for E Billing. Sign up is easy and will only take a few minutes. You will need your account number, the last four digits of your social security number and your date of birth. Yes, you can make a payment over the phone. The friendly customer service representatives will be glad to assist you. Can I continue to pay my bill through the mail?
You sure can! Every month you will receive a billing statement in the mail. You will be able to return your check or money order payment in the pre-addressed envelope provided to you.
